Terms and Conditions
Booking:
In order to ensure availability, book well in advance (minimum 30 days
prior to departure). First check out Availability Calendar for openings.
Once you found the dates that are best for your group, you'll need to
contact us at info@psdsurftours.com
or 305-303-2279 to arrange payment options. You'll then need to make
deposit or payment in full to complete reservation. After, e-mail us
with your travel information, date and time of arrival, airline and
flight number.
If you see an opening
that is within the 30 days minimum booking requirement and you want
to make a reservation, contact us.
Payments:
Online payments using credit card or Paypal must be made 30 days prior
to departure. Other payment options are available!!! Please contact
us.
Rescheduling
& Cancellations:
If your group needs to cancel for any reason your deposit or payment
maybe refunded only if we are able to rebook with another tour. Rescheduling
is a better option. Your group may reschedule at any time up to four
days prior to date of arrival. A rescheduling fee of 15% will apply.
Last minute cancellations will forfeit deposits & payments.

San Diego Surf Tours is not responsible for weather, swell conditions,
personal emergencies, expenses due to cancelled trips, airline tickets
and flight cancellations.
